Our Galapagos Multi-Sport Adventure itinerary offers you and your thrill-seeking family a totally complete experience of the Galapagos Islands. Dedicate your whole trip to hiking, biking, snorkeling and kayaking your way through the biological hub of the world. You’ll be welcomed with open arms – or wings and flippers – by the islands’ blue-footed boobies and friendly sea lions, joined by so many more precious creatures… marine iguanas, sting rays, tropical fish, giant Galapagos tortoises, all kinds of shorebirds, and maybe even the Galapagos penguin!
Though located on the equator, the weather in the Galapagos isn’t as warm as one would expect most of the year; it's mid to low 70s, thanks to the Humboldt Current. Bringing cold water up from Antarctica, the current dominates the surrounding ocean from May through December. Low temperatures and a near-constant mist around the tops of the mountains are known as “garua.”
